Booking Conditions

TERMS OF PAYMENT
You will be invoiced of 60% of full payment that is due at least 8 weeks prior the first land days of the trip by bank transfer, check or credit cards. Rest of the payment must be arranged before the first day of arrival. Changes of this rule is possibly made on the base of agreement of both sides.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $100 per person is due within seven days of booking in order to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If we receive a written cancellation at least 41 days prior to the first land day, there is a $ 50 fee per person. Within 40 days, the following schedule applies:
40 - 31 days deposit
30 - 15 days 25% of the tour cost
14 - 07 days 50% of the tour cost
less than 6 days 100% of the tour cost


IF ATYPUS CANCELLED
Should Atypus cancel a trip for any reason, your money will be fully refunded.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Atypus acts only as an agent of the passengers in all matters relating to accommodation, transport, programme of tours, etc. and shall not be liable for any injury, delays, loss or demage in any manner.
