Biking 25-35 miles/day. Easy cycling over flat terrain, can be enjoyed by anyone with a reasonably active life.

MODERATE
Biking 25-35 miles a day over gently rolling terrain. Can be enjoyed by active people. In most cases you will be able to shorten or extend the route.

STRENUOUS
Biking 30-45 miles a day. Designed for people with biking experience who enjoy a mixed terrain and who gain exhilaration from reaching the top of the hill for spectacular views.
